Comments: Uses adenylyl sulfate, not phosphoadenylyl sulfate, distinguishing this enzyme from EC, phosphoadenylyl-sulfate reductase (thioredoxin). Uses thioredoxin as electron donor, not glutathione or other donors, distinguishing it from EC [adenylyl-sulfate reductase (glutathione)] and EC (adenylyl-sulfate reductase).
