Reaction: ATP + H2O + Na+in = ADP + phosphate + Na+out

Systematic name: ATP phosphohydrolase (Na+-exporting)

Comments: A P-type ATPase that undergoes covalent phosphorylation during the transport cycle. This enzyme from yeast is involved in the efflux of Na+, with one ion being exported per ATP hydrolysed.
